Inside the exibition area you must

wear your  gafete.

It's forbidden to intrduce inside acoholic

drinks.

All exhibitors must conduct thenselfs in a

bussiness matter a allow all the people tu

enter their stand thru out the whole event.

The exhibitor will pay for any extra cost that

could emerge during the event.

The stands should not block other stands or

the view of the event.

It is the exihibitor's responsability to keep his

staff at the stand, any exihibitor that un packs

or start's to take apart his stand before the event

is over will be fined.

This event is only a exihibtion with no sales, any

sales must be authorized by the commity.

All the promotionl materlial must stay in it's area,

it is stricly forrbiden to use it outside the area or

at the entrance.

The commity is not responsable  for damange

caused by naturel disaters, riot's,fire, violence,

weather or any other cause.

If the stand has not been taken down in the

estabelshed time by the commity it will be taken

down with storage charge to the owner, the

commity is not reponsable for  left stand's.
